I am an American from Oregon USA. I have many friends who live in the Philippines and i have been looking forward to visiting and potentially moving to the Philippines
While researching different parts of the Philippines online, i decided to check out what dating in the Philippines is like.
i joined several Facebook dating groups and spoke to several women.
Then along comes a pretty little Filipina named Jaira Miano Centillas from Sibonga, Cebu Philippines
She messages me first and we immediately hit it off well.
We exchanged sexual pictures and videos soon after. By the next day she was already asking me for money. She first said she needed a charger for her phone, and a “load” for her phone (data), and then it increased in urgency from there. She needed her rent paid. She needed food. She needed her tooth fixed. She needed me to pay off her loan. She needed me to buy medicine for her children multiple times in just two weeks. Then she broke her phone and she needed me to fix it. Then she needed to pay her rent again, and again. By the time I left the USA for the Philippines I had sent her over $350 usd. Mind you, the average monthly income for the Philippines is only $290 usd
The I spoke to her cousin who told me she was married.
I told Jaira that her cousin had said this. She said “it is just a family feud and her cousin wants to destroy her.” As someone who knows what that is like, I ignored that warning stupidly.
So then i come out to the Philippines. She was supposed to meet me at the airport. She didn’t. She had a million excuses. So i blocked her.
A week later we finally speak to each other again and she comes to stay with me permanently. But I have to pay for her children’s childcare.. I paid her aunt 4000 pesos, with a promise to pay 6000 more on December first to get her through to December 19th. She agreed, and promised she would watch them that long.
But within 12 hours Jaira had an emergency and she had to leave, her child was sick.
So I told her to stay gone. I was tired of the excuses.
Then we made amends and she came back. But not before having to give her aunt 6000 more pesos via Gcash.
I then i took her shopping and I dumped about 50,000 more pesos on her. I also gave her a diamond engagement ring. She got her hair, her nails and her tows done. Another 7000 pesos. I bought her a ton of new clothes, and i bought her cell phone.
That night after I spent all that money she then had another emergency. So she had to go home again. I asked her to take me with her, she refused. And she left without saying goodbye.
She was taking a bus. So i caught a cab (very expensive) and I beat her down to her neighborhood. I spoke to her neighbors and her family and they all told me she does in fact have a husband.
I recorded 11 of her neighbots telling me that she in fact does have a husband and she does live with him.

I have spoken to him (Jovany Caruana) too. He denies they are together. But at least 11 people have informed me that she living with her husband
