This is a continuation of the scam investigation in to Jaira Centilles of Sibonga Cebu Philippines.
Her husband who all of her friends and neighbors say live with Jaira Centilles, all tell me when I visit their neighborhood looking for this woman, that she lives with him, and they are husband and wife. He tells me that he hasn’t saw Jaira or his children in nearly 3 years.
Yet in Jaira’s tiktok videos, you can clearly see Jovany with her, less than a year ago
